Moorenko's is proud to provide ultra-premium frozen desserts for a number of
prestigious restaurants. We can work with menu concepts to create signature
desserts.
All of our frozen desserts are made with love in our kitchen in McLean... by me. Our ice creams are considered
ultra-premium, having a butterfat content of 17% or greater (as a point of
reference, the two big names in super-premium ice cream use 14-16% butterfat).
The egg yolk percentage is that of a French custard base. The dairy products we
use are completely free of rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone). Our
ingredients are of the highest quality, including fresh fruits and nuts. Many
of our flavorings are imported from Italy. Therefore, most of our ice
creams are very much like gelato, but richer. The chocolate components are the
finest that can be found. We make our frozen desserts two tubs at a time, so we
constantly monitor the quality of each batch.

We can provide as little as a half tub (1 1/2 gallons), or as many full tubs
as you need (full tubs are 2 1/2 gallons -- between 65 and 80 servings ). And
